Returning to Calm in Mind & Body
Somatic Movement class for navigating the storms. Letting go of what is no longer serving you is sometimes not enough. Learn how to practice preparing for ways to respond to stressful situations. By recognizing physical cues participants will be able to return to safety and connection more easily. Tools learned from Jane Clapp, founder of Movement For Trauma and Deb Dana, LCSW world renowned Polyvagal Clinician will be incorporated.

Nervous System Supportive Energy Clearing
We will practice navigating areas in the body that need energetically clearing and nervous system support. The use of Reiki combined with somatic understanding will help us to find our way back to Center, restoring Embodied regulated connections. Participants will receive a Reiki clearing at the end of class. Yoga mats ,blankets ,eye masks and pillows are suggested.
